okay experience overall
valley view shuttle service unlimited choice unprofessional response frayed towel
the valley view from the room was good. the main pool area was also nice and well kept. the breakfast had unlimited choices.
i asked for assistance with my package , but the staff response was not very professional. i found a frayed towel in the room. the bathroom only had one sink , which was not convenient.

friendly staff fine scenery excellent breakfast
The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. the jungle views from the rooms were indeed fine. I spent hours just observing the scenery. breakfast was excellent, with a wide array of choices ensuring a satisfying start to each day.
the lighting in some areas of the room was a bit dim for reading at night, though additional lamps were provided upon request.

The main pool was deep enough for swimming. It reached a depth of 150cm. the pool area had a number of sun loungers available. i noted that the general greenery around the hotel was well maintained.

The staff members were attentive and quick to respond to requests. the hotel offered a shuttle service. this transportation option allowed easy access to nearby attractions. It enhanced convenience.

attentive staff immediate attention lovely service amazing resort
i spent five nights at this amazing resort with my wife. the service was lovely from the start. every request, from food to amenities, received immediate attention. the staff were really nice to care for us.
there was only one minor issue. bonfires sometimes made enjoying the balcony unpleasant!

the main pool area looked very good. there is a shuttle service to the center and other hotels. i noted entertainment included local dances and a keyboard duo.
